Good question, and the difference between the Ride-Rite air bags for your 2021 Toyota Tacoma is actually the fit, as the right one will depend on if your leaf springs are above your axle or below your axle:

- Axle Located Above Leaf Spring Pack: Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs # F2410
