Is there a wiring harness available that will allow me to continue using the furrion wall thermostat if I were to replace an existing furrion ac unit with a coleman ac unit?

No, I am sorry there is not. You'll want to stick with a Furrion replacement AC like the item # FR26PR for a 13,500 Btu or item # FR58PR for a 1,500 Btu one if you want to keep using your Furrion thermostat.
