Updated 02/19/2025 | Published 02/14/2025 >
Question:
Is there a temp range it can be in? Where I live it get to gets to -50 in the winter and wondering if can keep the hitch attached to the trailer, or if I’d have to disconnect it every year and bring it in.

Hey Ian, thanks for reaching out!
The B&W Continuum Weight Distribution System w/ Sway Control # BW78FR has an operating temp range of -40F to 150F according to my contact at B&W. Since your winter gets colder than that, you'll want to remove the system in the off season, so it doesn't get damaged with how cold your area gets.
What area are you from? Here in the Midwest, we'll see some negative temps but nothing even close to -50 so I can't imagine how that feels.
