Looking for Replacement Shower Compression Stem for Phoenix 44012

Updated 02/16/2025 | Published 02/11/2025

Question:

I have 2 phoenix’s 8” center line wall shower valves. The brass valve or seat or whatever it’s called is a 44012 and it has 5/61 on them also. It could have said 6/51 I forgot to write it down. I also have the 1 1/4 inch Allen brass tube that goes inside the valve body. Sorry I don’t know what everything is called. But in my defense I’m an electrician and I we don’t mix well with water. Lol. The brass tube is a course thread look. It doesn’t look like a machine thread. I have pictures of them that I will send to you. Let me know if you need more pictures of them or a part number and I will remove the value and send you more information. The house is a 2006 manufactured home that I bought in 2022. If you can’t find me replacement parts for them do you sell it rubber o rings and flat rubber stoppers on the end. Thank Scott

Hey Robert, thanks for the pictures! I was able to find one of our Phoenex Compression Stems part # PF187020 that has the 44012 on the side of it like what yours has so this would be what you'd need.

Jameson C. Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve added 4 of the PF 187020 to my cart. If you could let me know about the the brass tube that has the Allen wrench in it that is around 1 1/4 inch long I like to buy 4 of those also. I didn’t see a number or any markings on it. I think I sent a picture to you of them also. I have a picture of them I can resend you if you didn’t see the picture. Thanks Scott.

@RobertS I kind of remember the picture. Was it basically the part # PH97SR?
