Hi, there. I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Phoenix Faucets Replacement Knob Handle Set. Now, this set is going to replace the knobs on your Phoenix Faucets Dual Handle Faucets or Garden Tub Faucet. You can see it's going to have the same clear, acrylic construction, so it is going to integrate well into your faucet. No worries about fit issues or compatibility problems, because this is a direct replacement from Phoenix Faucets, so no worries there.
Now, tese are made here in the USA, so you can trust they are going to be high quality for you as well. And you can see our overall width there, or diameter, we're looking at approximately two inches. If we don't include the cap there, our overall height is about one and three quarters of an inch. You are going to get one hot knob with the H-cap there, one cold knob with that C-cap, as well as the two mounting screws that will allow these to be mounted in place. So if you are needing to replace those original knobs for your faucet, this is gonna be exactly what you need.

Worked well on my faucet. Wasn’t sure if they would fit. I need the faucet steam to have three points like a triangle. Photo’s weren’t very good. I had smoke handles and wanted to replace with clear one.
The smoke replacement handles you could see the three points bearly.
Took a chance and ordered, worked great.
Ordered a 6” raised spout. Fit ok but, didn’t reach out into the sink far enough. Just will have to eat that one.

One of my RV shower faucet handles cracked and would no longer function to turn the water on or off. I had a difficult time finding the replacements but then found them at etrailer. I wasn’t sure that I had located exactly the right part so rather than ordering online, I called etrailer. The person I talked to was very helpful and courteous. He even looked to see if the part was in stock even though the computer inventory showed one in stock. He then gave me his name, extension number and the order number so if I had any problems with the order I could easily contact him. The galley faucet on my 29 year old camper was dripping when turned off. Looking at the situation, it would be a huge deal to replace the faucet due to access constraints. I am amazed that etrailer had the original equipment Phoenix cartridges, knob handles, and spout. All replaceable from the top in 5 minutes. Looks like new, works like new, WOW!

couldn't find a replacement anywhere. contacted customer service and got an immediate reply. have my new handles and am very happy with the service and the speed that they sent out my order
I ordered the replacement knobs on a Sunday and received a conformation email that day. on Monday I was notified that the order was shipped.
the knobs are the exact replacement and in stock, amazing!

After close to 20 years I managed to strip the threads on one of my shower faucet handles tightening it too tight. After looking more closely at the knob I could see Phoenix stamped on it. Checked the web for Phoenix faucets and the website came up featuring the exact set of knobs I needed. They came in the mail today, I put them on, they work great and had awesome service too!

The product I ordered was just what I needed. I am not happy about how long it takes to arrive. I ordered on June 14th and received on June 22nd. I'm only 55 miles from your location. Since I ordered early on the 14th I figured I would get it in at least three days. It wasn't even processed until June 19th. Why three business days to process? I don't understand. Rant over.
