I have a mobile home not a rv. It has Phoenix shower facets but they are plastic not brass, how do I know if I have the right valve? Thank you

The correct Replacement Compression Stem will be dependent on the style of your shower faucet.

If you have a faucet with lever handles you will need the # PF187023 for the cold side and # PF187020 for the hot side.

If you have knob style handles you will need the # PF187020 for both the hot and cold side.

These will replace your plastic compression stems without an issue.

Hey Robert, thanks for the pictures! I was able to find one of our Phoenex Compression Stems part #PF187020 that has the 44012 on the side of it like what yours has so this would be what you'd need.
