Can the etrailer Anti-Rattle Collar Be Used W/ the Weigh Safe Hitch

I have a Weigh Safe Hitch w/ Built-In Scale for 2inch Hitch. Will the etrailer Anti-Rattle Collar e38FV interfere with the weighing feature of this hitch by not allowing it to measure correctly because it immobilizes the hitch?

Hey Kevin, yes you can absolutely use anti-rattle collar like the etrailer Anti-Rattle Hitch Collar for 2" Hitch Receivers # e38FV with your Weigh Safe Hitch w/ Built-In Scale for 2" Hitch # WS96ZR.
The anti-rattle feature won't impact the built-in scale since the collar will be at the receiver, and not near the scale. If there is anything else you need help with please feel free to drop a comment and let me know!

I am able to use the etrailer anti rattle collar with a standard ball mount, but it will not work with my weigh safe ball mount because the collar thickness causes the hitch pin hole to not line up. I cannot put the hitch pin in, so I cannot use my weigh safe ball mount with the anti rattle collar on.
