The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles item # 84545UC1-EZ fits a item # L68149 bearing which has a 1.378" inner diameter. I would not recommend using this hub on a boat trailer. Instead, you'll want a galvanized one like item # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K. It's designed to get wet so it'll last longer.
What kind of boat trailer do you have?

It is a kayak trailer. It has a 3500lb axle with #84 EZ Lube spindles. Currently has CE Smith Hubs Item # 13511 on it now. It really needs the galvanized version #13515? Would this hub work fine or what you are suggesting - # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K. Let me know your thoughts
