Hi Cornelius; your picture didn't come through but I do know what wheel you are talking about. Unfortunately, Lionshead likes to discontinue wheels pretty frequently and the Lynx falls into that category. The only version of the 15" we have left has a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern and comes as a wheel and tire combo # LHACKSL301. The best I can offer is some wheels with a similar style. Check out the following:

-Aluminum Margay Trailer Wheel # LH38VR
-Aluminum Viking Series Vor Trailer Wheel # AX02560655FPS
Is this for a single replacement? If so, I would try reaching out to the trailer manufacturer to see if they still have some so the wheel will match the rest on your trailer.
