Do these straps fit sidewinder cradle for tandem?

Hello Bob, thanks for reaching out. The Replacement ZipStrips # Y8890297 you were looking at will fit the Yakima FullSwing, RidgeBack and SwingDaddy bike racks. I am not quite sure what you mean by "sidewinder cradle for tandem", but as long as you have one of the Yakima bike racks I mentioned, the straps will fit.

If you have a different bike rack, just let me know. Or if you would care to elaborate on your question I am happy to look into it.

@BobC Gotcha. So the # Y8890297 straps will not fit the Yakima SideWinder Y02071. This rack was discontinued about 5 years ago, so most replacement parts are no longer available. If I were you I would try reaching out directly to Yakima to see if they can provide anything.

You guys still sell the Yakima cradle. Did you check the straps to confirm that they do not work with it? or are you assuming? They sure look and function in a similar way.

@Bobc yes we do sell the cradle, but sadly, we do not carry the strap to go with it. The correct strap for the Yakima SideWinder is the BOA Rear Wheel Strap, part number 8820111. We do not carry this here but you can get them from Yakima
