Replacement Cradles & ZipStrips For Yakima RidgeBack Bike Rack

I have the subject model bike rack purchased about five years ago. It was fine up until recently where the zip strips keep slipping out of the cradles. I see that I can replace Zip Strips and should do so. I do not see where I can replace the cradles. Do these parts actually wear out? I had no problems at first but this developed over recent months. Thank you.

Cradles can wear out, and you can replace them for your Yakima RidgeBack 4-Bike Rack # Y02458. The cradles come with the ZipStrips, so if you just need those, I'll list the part numbers for them, as well as the cradles if you want to replace them instead of only the ZipStrips:
