I have a 2019 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk in which I have a Duo Stsy-n-play brake system DM86VR installed. Can I add the C56406 wiring to my Jeep?

The # C56406 is intended to put the 4 flat at the back of your jeep for light towing or hitch mounted accessory. What kind of flat tow wiring do you have in the Jeep? If it is the diode wiring like the Roadmaster 4-Diode Universal Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles - 4-Way Flat Connectors # RM-154 then it will work, if your flat tow wiring is a plug-n-play that connects through the taillights it will not work.

I plan to use the 4-flat wiring to enable me to tow a trailer behind my Jeep - only when it is not being towed behind my motorhome. I am using the diode wiring kit to enable me to flat tow the Jeep.
