does the etrailer e75ZR trailer hitch block the kick sensor on a 2024 toyota Highlander limited hybrid

Yes, it does Gary but only right around the 2" receiver. What you'll need to do is kick to the left and right of it to find a spot that isn't blocked.
The etrailer Hitch item # e75ZR is custom fit for your 2024 Toyota Highlander Limited hybrid and bolts to it with included hardware. I really like this hitch because the crosstube mounts entirely behind your rear bumper. This leaves only the 2" receiver and chain hanger bracket visible.
