Latch to Use to Secure Fridge Door Shut 2024 Montana High Country 295RL

Question:

Fifth wheel application 2024 Montana High Country, 295RL. What feature is there to secure the fridge doors while traveling? On several occasions the doors came open during travel causing the contents of the refrigerator to come out onto the floor of the RV. Not glass jar friendly.

Hey David, we have fridge door latches like the Everchill part # 324-000149. This will keep the doors closed when you are traveling like you are needing. What brand fridge do you have?

Yes, it did. It really exceeded my expiation's. In my thinking I thought the plastic would not hold up to the pressure from heavy items in the fridge pushing against the door, but it does. I think this latch should be a better known add on to the RV industry.
