Hi Jay,

The Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7380 doesn't have a visual indicator to show you when the arms are locked so you would need to have someone stand there while you pull forward and listen for arms to click into place. The latches on the arms will also pop up and then fall back down. A camera system with audio on the back of the motorhome would also be useful if you don't always have a helper to watch while you pull forward.

If that's something you'd be interested in then I would check if your motorhome has any sort of prep mount already installed and we can find the right system for your setup.

Hey Jay, did you get a chance to try checking the Alpha 2 tow bar arms while pulling forward to hear the click and see the latches move? Your feedback could really help others trying to confirm their tow bar is locked correctly.
