Hey Brian, thanks for reaching out!
I recommend going with the pewag Wide Base Tire Chains # PW94FR for the 33x12.50R20 tires on your 2019 Ram 2500 for a few reasons; it has grooved square links which are great for ice as well as snow, and these chains have a zig zag pattern so the chains have a bit more of a constant ride quality than you get out of the ladder style.
For this style it also helps to have the Rubber Adjusters # TCMA2 to help keep the tension on the chains while you're using them.
Be sure to check your owner's manual for any instructions on using tire chains on your truck. Hopefully these will help you get around on the mountains easier!

One last question: I may put on thinner tires so they don’t extend beyond wheel well( in case of a broken chain) do you have a tire size recommendation for best performance? If so,would you stick with the pewag or something else? Also would I get better traction with the wider tire vs thinner? I’m guessing wider for there would be more chain on the ground? Thanks Jon, Respectfully: BPB
