Question:
Hello, Im looking for a set of air bags for my 2018 GMC Sierra, Im seeing your part 59565, is says on the airlift site, it only fits 68.4 and 78 beds. Is this correct or is there a kit for the 5.8 bed? Thanks

Hey Ron! I would definitely go off of Airlift's guidance. It looks like our website's information is incorrect or there has been a recent update. Additionally, it does not look like there is a Airlift kit for you so we'll need to go in another direction.
I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs item # F2430. These have a higher capacity at 5,000 lbs and no restrictions whatsoever on bed length. They come with custom fit brackets that mount to your 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 without drilling. These will work with both 2WD and 4WD models but are not going to be compatible with an in bed hitch.
I have linked an installation video below so you can see how to get these set up.
I also recommend adding the Firestone Air Command item # F2610 to your truck. This onboard compressor will allow you to adjust the PSI in your air bags from your phone.

Hey Ron, how did things turn out with the Firestone Ride-Rite air springs on your Sierra? Did they give you the support you needed for your setup? Your update could make it easier for others comparing Air Lift and Firestone options.
