Hey Mark,
There unfortunately isn't a custom-fit confirmed at this time for a 2021 Ford F-150 Lightning so the only option available would be a universal-fit weld-on receiver hitch. To figure out the right one you'll need to measure from the frame rails down to where you want the receiver tube to stick out. Hopefully nothing is in the way and you can have the receiver tube stick out through the slot in the front fascia. We offer the following drop lengths:
