Hi David; the Gen-Y Hitch Gooseneck Trailer Hitch for GM OEM Puck Systems - 5" Offset - 25,000 lbs # GY55XR is what you need for your 2025 Sierra 2500. This fits the OEM puck system on your Sierra short bed. If you don't have safety chain loops they are available separately # C60691.
