Hey Jake,
The Advent Air Low Profile RV Air Conditioner System w/ Start Capacitor # ASA69YR you were looking at would be considered a complete system. This has the controls in the air distribution box, which would be mounted to the ceiling. There's also options available with a wall mounted thermostat like the Furrion # FR95PV.
What is the year/make/full model of the trailer? I can look up the square footage and see if the 13,500btu rated unit would be enough for the space or if you'd need to go higher with a 15,000btu system. If this is for an enclosed trailer some manufacturers will not warranty the system so you'll want to stick with a brand that does, like Furrion.

Hey Jake, did you get a chance to check whether the 13,500 BTU Advent Air system was enough for your trailer? Once you know the trailer’s size, I can help confirm if that or the 15,000 BTU option would be the better fit. Let me know what you find so we can narrow it down.
