Hey Jack,
For a 2023 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid (excluding N-Line models) you would need the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C23RV. This is a simple 4-bolt installation that will mount to the bottom of your vehicle's frame and would have a visible crosstube. If you plan on adding lights to a bike rack or cargo carrier then you'll also want to pick up the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # TK97FR.
