Hello, we have a 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE AWD. Which Air Lift suspension kit would you recommend for our vehicle? Thanks

Hello again Pete; you have the right idea looking at the Air Lift 1000 Universal Air Spring Kit # AL57TV. There are no custom fit options for your 2022 Toyota Highlander XLE so the only solution is one of these universal kits. To find the right one you will need to take some measurements.

First, unload your vehicle to make sure it's at normal ride height. Then, measure the inside height of your coil spring, which will be from the upper spring seat to the lower spring seat. Lastly, measure the inside diameter of the spring at its widest point. Once you have these measurements, use the table below to find the correct kit by matching up your diameter and height values.

For example, the # AL57TV fits a minimum diameter of 5-1/2" and maximum height of 10-1/2". If this matches what you have you can use this kit for your Highlander. If not, select the kit that corresponds to your measurements on the table.

@RobinH I measured the size of Toyota Highlander 2022 AWD v6 Before lift by jack , it is 4.5” ( min dia inside springs) x 4.5” ( high ) If lift by jack, tire sit in the air, it is 4.5” ( min dia inside springs) x 6” ( high ) No air outlet either on top or bottom I think we need to drill a hole at bottom to allow pipe go out. Also no good fit size for 4.5” x 4.5” It’s unfortunate that Toyota Highlander Gen4 owners’ needs for an air lift product were overlooked.
