Yes, it will Jared! The Reese Titan 30867 5th wheel hitch attaches to industry standard rails. The Adapter Rails item # C88KR provide you with the same mounting pattern and attach to the factory puck systems of the the Chevy, Ford, and GMC trucks.

The Curt item # C88KR has a 25,000 lbs capacity so it'll allow you to get all of the 20,000 lbs ability out of the Reese Titan. Please note that using this adapter adds 2-1/2" of height to your 5th wheel hitch.
