Please recommend actuator and controller options for Four winds marine trailer 11.2k LBS with two drum brake axles and one tag axle.

Hello Tom thanks for reaching out. For your I recommend the Hydrastar Vented Marine Electric Over Hydraulic Actuator # HS381-8065. This has a max output of 1,000 PSI which works great for drum brakes. For a controller to go with it I recommend the Tekonsha P3 # 90195. This is by far our most dependable and well-reviewed controller. It has a mode that makes it compatible with electric over hydraulic brakes.
If you need an install kit for your actuator you can use part # HS381-9065 which comes with the actuator and complete install kit.
