Im trying to replace the wheels on my horse trailer. 5 lugs on 4 1/2 inch your wheels are saying 15 x 5 or 15x6 my tires show standard rim 5 1/2 Jinch on side which size would I order. My trailer is a 1991 model. the rims are very pitted. Tires are new. 2 horse Trailet bumper pull.

Depends on the size of the trailer tires, without knowing what you have and that your current rims are 5-1/2 inches wide you most likely have the tire size 205/75-15 which could do either a 5 inch or 6 inch wide rim. The # AM20447 that you referenced would work well for this.
If you had the tire size 225/75-15 then you would need to go with a 6 inch rim like the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod Trailer Wheel part # AM20537.
