Is this limited to the weight safe ball mounts, or can I use it with other things like a bike rack or carrier?

Hey Jimmy,
The Weigh Safe Hitch Anti-Rattle Reducer Sleeve # WS79ZR can really be used with any accessories - Weigh Safe just designed it with their ball mounts in mind which is why they market it that way.
I will say that if you're using this for a bike rack you'll want to check their warranty because most bike rack companies have specifics on what adapters can be used without voiding the warranty on the rack.
