Trailer Hitch Recommendation for 2022 Toyota RAV4 for Kuat Bike Rack

Question:
What would be the best hitch for a 2022 Toyota RAV4? We will be using it to attach a Kuat platform bike rack that holds 2 bikes. Ideally, I would prefer to avoid trimming any pieces of the car. I have limited experience with attaching these racks only have attached one that required bolting to the frame. Thank you!

Hey Macy, for your 2022 Toyota RAV4 the hitch I would recommend is the Oris part # TS66VR as it doesn't require any trimming or cutting of the bumper and also it has a removable hitch opening so when not in use the hitch would be totally out of sight.

The weight of the rack is 52 lbs. each platform can hold a 60 lb bike. So 120 lbs of bike weight plus the 52 lbs of rack weight, total of 172 lbs.

Kuat NV 2.0 It is platform style that folds up, tilts down, and will hold 2 bikes. Ideally, the most simple attachment that meets the weight demands is what I need.
