Thank you for the pictures! We do not have an exact replacement but we have something extremely close. It is the LED Trailer Fender Light item # PE89BR. This light measures 3-7/8" long x 1-1/4" tall x 7/8" deep. It is a dual-face LED light that works as both an amber front clearance and a red rear clearance light.
You will want to use the Black Bracket and Single Wire Plug item # A65PB to get it installed.
