Good question A H, thanks for asking!

The distance from the center of the mounting bracket to the top of the etrailer jack #MJ-1500B-DWL is 13-7/8 inches when the jack is fully retracted. The bracket height itself from the center of the bracket to the bottom of the wheels is 12-5/8 inches retracted and the outer tube extends about 1-1/4 inches above the bracket.

Do you have anything on the trailer tongue? what do you tow most?

I tow a 14’ Utility trailer outfitted to haul inflated whitewater rafts and gear. The tongue has a tongue box. The trailer came with a vertically mounted jack with no wheel. I want a swing up jack with a wheel, but have very little space.

@AH Got ya, since you have a tongue box and limited space, the # MJ-1500B-DWL may still fit, but I'd suggest making sure you have enough space for the wheel and for the jack to be able to swing up.
