Does the small hole in the blow out fitting limit air pressure to a certain amount ? Like 30psi

Yes, it does but you will want to set your air compressors PSI no higher than 50. This will prevent the Camco RV Water Line Blow-Out Plug w/ Quick Connect item # CAM36143 from damaging your trailer's air lines.
