2013, Subaru, WRX, 4 dr. Have the OEM roof bar and looking to see if this item with work with the Thule SnowPacl L -7326B Ski carrier on that crossbar.

Yes, the Mounting Kit for Thule Pull Top Rooftop Ski and Snowboard Racks # TH7520970001 will work with the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier - Locking - 6 Pairs of Skis or 4 Boards - Black # TH7326B, and then you will be able to attach the Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier to your OEM Crossbars on you 2013 Subaru WRX.

You can use either the Thule 2-Wing Knob #753-1897-03 which came on the Thule 725 Ski Carrier or you can use the Round Nut #853-5439 with the Mounting Kit #7533998 you have. You will need 2 of the knobs or nuts per mount or 4 total for the set.

Your picture didn't make it through but the replacement hardware for the Thule Snow Pack #7521241001 that you referenced was designed to adapt the older Snow Pack carriers to fit the aero style bars like what you have so this would work for you.
