I have a Jayco 332CBOK-TT travel weight is about 12,000 lbs if you installed 6 of the electric leveling jacks would it handle the weight?

Hi John; I really wish I could say that adding additional jacks to the # LC672136 would increase the capacity but that simply isn't the case. The problem is that the system isn't made to be expandable and add additional C-Jacks # LC404488 otherwise I'm sure it would work with the additional weight distributed through the added jacks.
The four C-Jacks and the tongue jack are the most it can control/support. It looks like your unloaded weight already exceeds that of the system so you wont' be able to cut down on cargo and use it either. Unfortunately, I don't have an alternative or workaround for automatic leveling on your trailer.
