Mike, no the Redarc In-Vehicle BCDC Trailer Battery Charger # RED36TR does not come with a solar panel. This can be used with a solar panel though - you'd just need to connect the power wire on the solar panel to the yellow wire on the BCDC charger, and then the other wire on your panel would be your ground.
