Would I be able to run my 3way RV refrigerator in DC mode with this unit?

The Redarc BCDC Charger part # RED36TR can work with your fridge but it wasn't designed to power accessories directly. You could use it to charge your 12 volt battery that is then powering your 3-way fridge on DC mode though.
