Question:
I received and installed my CSS-1168 sumo springs yesterday. They came with no holes nor zip ties. I see a lot of reviews mentioning zip ties. Are they necessary?

Hi Nick,
No, you don't need zip ties for the Coil SumoSprings # CSS-1168R; some people use them but the spring should seat nicely into the coils without them so they aren't necessary.

Yes they do need zip ties. I had mine installed. They worked great at first then they worked themselves up the coil and lodge themselves at the top. Had to have someone go in and take them out. PIA
