I am looking for a hitch carrier to mount on our 2023 Gladiator Rubicon, and transport the Permobil M3 Corpus power wheelchair that my daughter is getting in a few days. Since that chair pushes 400 lbs and is not inexpensive…, I want to make sure I stay safely within limitations and not risk damaging the chair.

Hey David, so you'd want the Curt hitch part # C74DR for the 2023 Jeep Gladiator as it's the hitch that has the highest tongue weight capacity at 750 lbs. Then for a carrier the Flint Hill Goods part # FHG69ZR would be a really great option. This has a 500 lb weight capacity.
