Hey Frank, thanks for reaching out!
According to my contact at Dexter Axle you need the following:
- Right Hand Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brake Assembly # 23-459
- Bearing, 42MM Nev-R-Lube 42MM x 76MM x 39MM # 31-73-3
If you're also needing to replace the Left Hand brake assembly you can either get it by itself as part # 23-458, or you can get both assemblies together in the kit # 23-458-459 - replacing both is recommended if you're replacing due to the assembly being worn out just to make sure you have the best and most consistent braking performance.

Hey Frank, how did the new Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brake assemblies and 42mm Nev-R-Lube bearings work out with your axles? It’d be great to hear if everything fit and performed as expected. Your update could make it easier for others matching parts to similar axles.
