What steering stabilizer and mounting hardware kit do you recommend for a new 2024 Winnebago Vista 29V? What is the difference between the Roadmaster Reflex or Roadmaster Exact Center?

Hi Steve,

So there are two options for steering stabilizers for your 2024 Winnebago Vista 29V motorhome, and you mentioned both, the Exact Center and Reflex, and the best one is definitely the latter. The correct part number for your Winnebago is the following:

- Roadmaster Reflex Steering Stabilizer # RM62VR

The # RM62VR does include the mounting brackets so you don't have to get those separately, and the difference between it and the Exact Center is how they work to control your steering. The Exact Center uses a gas spring while the Reflex uses a coil spring. The idea of a gas spring is nice as it's supposed to be something that's proactive and always working, but it just isn't as effective as the coil spring.

The coil spring of the Reflex makes it so it'll work when you need it to, and does so more dynamically than the Exact Center.
