Question:
My bathroom fan uses a switch to turn it off and on. If I turn this fan on to say speed 3 and then use the switch to turn it off will it remember it’s setting and come back on when I turn the switch back on?

Hey Tim, if you cut power to the MaxxFan part # MA00-06401K it will lose it's most recent fan speed setting so instead a better option would be to go with a fan that has a remote you could use to pick the speed like the MaxxFan part # MA00-07500K.

Do I just leave the switch always on then and only use the remote? Can the remote be mounted on wall or do they make a wireless wall switch of sorts?
