I went out to our warehouse to measure the channel nut for this kit for you. The dimensions of the channel nut for the Replacement M6 Channel Nut and Screw Set for Rhino-Rack Pioneer 6 Platform part # RR62NE are as follows: 18.0 mm long, 11.5 mm wide, and 6.8 mm high.
This kit is specifically designed to replace the hardware for a Rhino Rack Pioneer 6 and includes twenty M6 channel nuts and twenty 16mm hex screws all made from stainless steel. The channel nuts will slide easily into the top-mounted channels to help secure your platform rack.
