Bruce, we sure do. What you're looking for is the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 4" Tongue # FHDPB340301 which will work with 3" x 4" trailer tongues, has a 7,500 lb capacity, and has a bolt-on install.

For a 3x4 inch frame the best hinge kit would be the part #FHDPB350101. This is for a 3 x 5 inch frame but you could have 1/2 inch spacers welded to either side of the channel and it would and work just fine.
