There is no difference other than part number between the HDPB340101 and the Fulton Fold-Away Coupler Hinge Kit for 3" x 4" Tongue # FHDPB340301.

We only offer the # FHDPB340301, but each bolt onto 3" x 4" trailer tongues (steel tongues only) and have a 7,500 lb capacity.

The Demco Hydraulic Trailer Brake Actuator part #DM72VR should be a direct replacement for the Atwood 61101 Brake Actuator that you have now. This newest updated it rated at 7K instead of 6K. This is a bolt on option that mounts on 3" centers.…

I looked up your EZ Loader part number and it appears to be the same design as the part #AL91AB which for the matching grommet you'd then need the part #A91GB. You'll also need the wiring harness #A46PB.

For a 3x4 inch frame the best hinge kit would be the part #FHDPB350101. This is for a 3 x 5 inch frame but you could have 1/2 inch spacers welded to either side of the channel and it would and work just fine.
