For a pivoting trailer tongue hinge for a 3 inch by 4 inch the best solution would be to use the weld on hinge kit part # FHDPW350300 which was designed for a 3 inch by 5 inch tongue. While at the welder you'd want to have them weld 1/2 inch spacers to the top and bottom of the trailer tongue and you'd be set. At this time we do not have a coupler for a 3 by 4 inch frame specifically so this is the best option and will still work great.
