I have a 2020 Jeep Wrangler that will have LED tail lights. My question is will the BX8848 work with the LED tail lights?

Yes, it will Bob. The Blue Ox 4-Diode Universal Tail Light Wiring Kit for Towed Vehicles item # BX8848 is compatible with LED tail lights. I have linked a video below that we did awhile back that will show you how to get this wiring kit set up.
Here are some other parts you will need to flat tow your 2020 Jeep Wrangler:
Tow Bar and Safety Chains - Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar item # RM-520 and item # RM-643
Base Plate Kit - Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms item # RM-521453-5
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes.
You will also need the Roadmaster Stop Light Switch Kit item # RM-751490 to ensure that your supplemental braking system is properly positioned and working effectively. This kit activates your RV's monitoring system to alert you when the brakes of your towed car are being applied.
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter. Hey Bob, how did things go getting the Blue Ox wiring kit connected on your Wrangler with the LED tail lights? Your update could make it easier for the next person setting up a similar flat tow system.
