Hey Javier,
The Replacement Exterior Pop-Up Roof Vent # 9106 could potentially work but you'll want to take some measurements first to confirm. This vent requires a 11-1/8" long x 5-1/2" wide cutout hole. The overall dimensions are 13-1/2" long x 8" wide so you'll also need to verify that this will work with any other accessories mounted to the roof. If comes with a gasket to prevent water from leaking in but I'd highly recommend putting a healthy glob of self-leveling sealant # 34427034145-1 over the mounting screws and outer edge of the mounting flange to help prevent water leaks further. For the inside trim ring you'll want part # 2756.
