Yep, it sure will; your 2018 Toyota RAV4 hybrid is 100% compatible with the Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # 76134.

I have added a photo below a previous customers was nice enough to share that shows the # 76134 installed on their '18 RAV4 hybrid so you can see how it'll look.

And just in the interest of being thorough, if you plan on doing some towing and also need a 4-way wiring harness, the correct option for your RAV4 is the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118578.
