my question related to item HE43RR It appears to be the same item from Hellwigs website, 7217 but I wish to confirm. Is Hellwig 7217 the same as etrailer HE43RR ?

Yes, the Hellwig Front Anti-Sway Bar # HE43RR is the same thing as the 7217. We just have to have different part numbers because multiple vendors will all use the same part numbers.
