Solution to Charge Lithium Batteries of 2006 Airstream Bambi

Question:

Hi there- I have a 2006 airstream Bambi and I just installed lithium batteries. I have a Parallax power supply 7300 series, I need something that will charge the lithium batteries, can you make a recommendation? Thanks

Hey Mike, the Replacement Converter for Parallax/Magnetek or WFCO RV Power Centers - 55 Amp, # PD4655V is what you are looking for. This upgrades or replaces the converter section for 55-amp Parallax/Magnetek, WFCO, or Parallax RV power centers and works with Parallax/Magnetek model 6355, WFCO 8955, and Parallax models 7355, 7155, and 8355.

Hey Mike, how did the new converter work out with your lithium batteries in the Airstream? Your update could make it easier for the next person upgrading their power setup.

@JamesonC the whole installation went beautiful, slipped right in. Of course you would have to be able to use a couple of tools but it was just a swap for the old one.
