Question:
Good evening, Im looking to have a trailer hitch installed on my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited X without factory tow package. With not many helpful hitch installers in my area, I have a few questions. - Do you have a Class III or IV hitch that recieves through the bumper cutout on my vehicle instead of below the bumper? - If you do have said hitch, are there any with brackets and whatnot for the 4pole and 7pole connectors? - Considering I have no factory tow package, which wiring harness would I be looking for for my vehicle to pull a trailer with a 7pole connector? - And finally, the trailer Im looking to pull has trailer brakes, so I would also be looking for a trailer brake controller. Thanks in advance, Logan

Hey Logan,
I can definitely help you out here and we do indeed have a hitch for your Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which fits through the OEM fascia panel on your Jeep instead of being under the bumper. What you'd need for that is the following:
- Draw-Tite Max-Frame Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT38MR
This is a Class IV hitch with a 7,500 lb towing capacity and even has a tab that allows you to mount the bracket for the trailer wiring. Speaking of that, we do have the wiring that will allow you to use a brake controller, and you'll simply need the following:
- Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector # C62VR
- Universal Installation Kit for Trailer Brake Controller # ETBC7
You will first install the 4-flat, which will activate your trailer's lighting functions, and you'll then plug that into the 7-way that comes with the # ETBC7, which also gives you the wiring, circuit breakers, bracket, and rest of the hardware needed for installation. Then for a brake controller, I highly recommend checking out the most reliable option, the Tekonsha Prodigy P3 # 90195.

Hey Logan, how did the setup go with the Draw-Tite hitch and the Curt wiring harness on your Grand Cherokee? Were you able to get everything working with the Prodigy P3 brake controller? Your update could make it easier for others planning a similar towing setup.
