Hey Drew, for your 2020 Ram 1500 you can use the Curt Semi-Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit for Dodge Ram 1500 # C16306-204.
These will work with both the 6 1/2' and 8' beds, and includes the base rails, brackets and mounting hardware.
